- Be Specific and Detailed: Clearly describe what you want to see in the image. Include details about the setting, objects, colors, mood, lighting, and any specific elements you want to be included. The more detailed your description, the more closely the generated image will align with your vision.
- Use Descriptive Language: Employ vivid and descriptive language to paint a clear picture. Words that evoke sensory details and emotions can help guide the AI in creating a more impactful image.
- Define the Composition: If you have a preference for how the elements in your image should be arranged or related to each other, make sure to include this in your prompt. Specify if certain elements should be in the foreground, background, to the side, etc.
- Mention Artistic Styles (If Applicable): If you want your image to be in a particular artistic style, mention it. For historical or public domain styles (like impressionism, surrealism, or the style of Van Gogh), you can name them directly. For more recent or copyrighted styles, describe the style in terms of colors, brushwork, and mood.
- Be Concise Yet Comprehensive: While detail is important, try to keep your prompt concise and focused. Avoid overly complex sentences that might confuse the model.
- Consider Ethical and Policy Guidelines: Ensure your prompt adheres to the ethical and policy guidelines of the platform. Avoid requests for images that are offensive, copyrighted, or violate any terms of service.
- Iterate and Refine: If the first image isn't quite what you wanted, refine your prompt based on the output and try again. Sometimes it takes a few iterations to get the desired result.
